Refund Policy

At Nourish & Train, we believe in providing high-quality services. Since our plans are personalized, our refund policy is as follows:

 

Refund Eligibility

  • Non-Refundable: Once a personalized plan (nutrition, workout, or coaching) has been created and delivered, it cannot be refunded.

  • Refund Possible: If you were charged by mistake or if services were not delivered as promised, you may request a refund within 7 days of payment.

How to Request a Refund

  • Send an email to [your support email] with your payment details and reason for request.

  • Refunds (if approved) will be processed within 7–10 business days to the original payment method.

Plan Transfer / Pause Policy

  • Instead of a refund, you may request to pause or transfer your plan (at the discretion of Nourish & Train).

  • Extensions are granted in special circumstances (medical issues, emergencies).
