I’m Udit Sharma, the Founder & CEO of Nourish & Train. My passion is helping people create a healthier, happier lifestyle without falling for quick fixes.
I am pursuing M.Sc. Sports Physiology and am certified by SAI and BWF in Badminton Coaching, which allows me to combine scientific knowledge with practical training. With this background, I design fitness and nutrition programs that are not only effective but also sustainable in real life.
For me, fitness isn’t just about workouts or diet charts — it’s about building habits that fit your lifestyle and bring long-term results. My mission is to inspire and guide you toward becoming the strongest and healthiest version of yourself.
My Story
My fitness journey started just like yours — with struggles, confusion, and a constant search for the “perfect” plan. I tried countless methods, but nothing seemed to last. That’s when I realized true transformation comes not from shortcuts, but from discipline, balance, and consistency.
I started learning about nutrition and training, applying it to my own life, and soon, everything began to change — not only my body but also my confidence, mindset, and energy. What began as a personal transformation became a mission: to help others experience the same freedom and strength I had found.
That’s why I created Nourish & Train — to make fitness and nutrition accessible, personalized, and sustainable. Every program here is built with care, keeping in mind that every person is unique. No crash diets, no extreme workouts — just real results with smart habits.
Today, my biggest joy comes from seeing people transform their health and realize that fitness is not about perfection, it’s about progress. This is my story, and I’d love to be part of yours.
About Me

My name is Sadhna Chauhan, the Co-founder & CMO of Nourish & Train. It is not just my work, it’s my purpose. I didn’t step into fitness because everything in my life was perfect. I stepped into it because I knew what it felt like to be judged, to feel insecure, and to struggle silently. Fitness became my way of rebuilding myself, piece by piece, with discipline, confidence, and self-respect. Today, my mission is simple: to help others feel the strength I built in myself. Whether someone is starting from zero or fighting their own battles, I want Nourish & Train to be the place where they feel seen, supported, and capable of becoming their strongest self.
My Story
My fitness journey didn’t start in a gym, it started in a classroom.
In class 9th, I experienced body shaming that stayed with me for years. I didn’t argue, I didn’t react, but I carried that hurt quietly. Instead of letting it break me, I made a decision:
I will become stronger. For myself. Not for anyone else.
That moment became the turning point of my life.
When I entered college, I joined the Bhangra Society, not just because I loved dancing, but because it demanded stamina, discipline, and movement. It pushed me physically, gave me confidence, and made me fall in love with being fit.
Over time, fitness stopped being an activity—it became my identity.
I started studying the science behind training and the human body.
Today, I am pursuing M.Sc in Sports Physiology, certified as a SAI coach, and trained under BWF standards, with 3+ years of coaching experience.
But the real reason behind everything I do is simple:
I know what it feels like to struggle.
I know what it feels like to feel “less.”
I know what it feels like to want change but not know where to start.
That’s why I started Nourish & Train—to help people who feel the way I once felt.
To show them that strength is built, not given.
To prove that anyone can transform—physically, mentally, emotionally—with the right guidance.
This isn’t just my profession.
This is my story, my purpose, and my promise.
